Creating new tickets and replying is restricted to logged in SixXS users.
We do not provide timelines or ETAs for resolving issues as we cannot guarantee them. SixXS is a spare time hobby project and for most problems we rely on the operators of the involved networks to resolve matters as that is outside our hands. As such, please have patience.
