Poor performance

The performance of both my tunnels to Pop Amis is very poor since weeks, which could also be seen in the traffic statistic. Could you please switch my tunnels to better POPs?

Did you read the FAQ? If yes, then where are your details?
which could also be seen in the traffic statistic.
If less people push less traffic, then the traffic statistic will indeed be less. Push more traffic and the traffic will be more.

Austria is solely served by simbx01. Also, if there really is an issue, you might want to detail what this issue is, so that we can look deep into it and get it properly resolved.

Dear Jeroen, thx for your reply.

Ok thats fine, so let's forget about my tunnel ID T37909
Did you read the FAQ? If yes, then where are your details?
Let's focus on my main tunnel T31785. It has been created when I was living in Austria, last year I moved to Germany (different ISP too). Because of that I tried to establish a new tunnel ID T88694, but it has been never enabled. I didn't care because the performance of simbx01 was not so bad at this time. Further details: - I use a FritzBox 7270, SIXXS tunnel in the IPV6 Interface config of FritzOS - works fine since years - internet speed is 32 MBit/s down, 2 Mbit/s up - results of http://ipv6-test.com/speedtest/: IPv4: 22,9 Mbit/s; IPv6: 164 Kbit/s - traceroute to sixmb / IP 212.18.63.73 from Router of T37909 (located in Austria):

As you can see I've a difference of three hops and +28 ms latency from Germany to Maribor. So the best solution for me I think would be a new tunnel to a German POP, as I tried with tunnel T88694. Could you please simply enable this tunnel, I'm pretty sure that a German POP would perform better. Thx!

It has been created when I was living in Austria, last year I moved to Germany (different ISP too)
When you move countries, and especially when you change to a country like Germany that has a big set of very fast PoPs, request a new tunnel for your endpoint.
Because of that I tried to establish a new tunnel ID T88694, but it has been never enabled.
We rejected the tunnel request with: "Please elaborate about the location of the endpoint and it's intended usage" That was 2012-02-22. As you did not respond to that nothing indeed further happened. You need to reply to messages for us to receive them and then further work on them.
- results of http://ipv6-test.com/speedtest/: IPv4: 22,9 Mbit/s; IPv6: 164 Kbit/s
Please see the FAQ on this subject. Although Speed-test can give insight that something is wrong, as these are very remote servers they do not say everything.
As you can see I've a difference of three hops and +28 ms latency from Germany to Maribor.
28 milliseconds is very little. It is what most people live with on their links, and then they are very happy to have that.
