I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:

Traceroutes from remote sites don't help when you can't even get to the PoP.

Its Fixed for now,
My 2001:4978:f:7::2 address could get to any ipv6 site, but if I (on the same computer) forced the trace from a subnet address it got to 2001:4978:f:7::1 (I got a reply from 2001:4978:f:7::1) and then 2001:4978:f:7::1 gave the Address Unreachable so not sure why you saying I couldn't make it to the POP since ::1 is the pop right?
There were traceroutes from both direction on both my 2001:4978:f:7::2 address and 2001:4978:103:0:211:43ff:fe61:c356
Like I said though fixed for now though.
