Reverse delegations not taking effect

Dear Sir/Madam, A few days ago, I added reverse delegations for several subnets. As the problem is the same, I am providing one as an example: R216686 2a02:e90:c00:8019::/64 via tunnel from fotor01, Faroese Telecom Despite all configuration carefully verified, the delegation does not take effect. If I do dig 9.1.0.8.0.0.c.0.0.9.e.0.2.0.a.2.ip6.arpa ns it still returns no NS records. The problem is exactly the same for another subnet in Brazil that has been delegated at the same time to the same name servers. I cannot spot a problem with the name server setup but I am not ruling that out as this is the first time I have setup a reverse delegation for IPv6. The name servers are: ns1.first2know.net ns2.first2know.net I am sorry but I do not know my NIC handle. Is my SiXXS user name sufficient? It is CEW2-SIXXS. Both connections use aiccu. The example connection uses static IP, the one in Bravil uses Ayiya as it's behind a NAT. Both servers and endpoints run Linux, and the name servers run Bind 9. As the issue is not with connectivity, I am not including more network details as that would needlessly bloat the post, but I will of course provide that if it would help. Thank you for any help. Kind Regards, Carl Ekman

A dig reveals:

Or in other words: a DNS delegation is missing at the RIPE NCC level towards Faroese Telecom. I'll contact them so that they can sort that out. This used to be there though.

Hello, This issue appeared to be resolved - NS records did appear and reverse resolution worked - but the problem is now back. I realise the ticket does not yet say resolved, but I figure I could do this update just in case it helps. Thank you very much, Carl Ekman

As a "dig @8.8.8.8 +trace 9.1.0.8.0.0.c.0.0.9.e.0.2.0.a.2.ip6.arpa" still has no delegation from RIPE down the path this problem is not resolved. We will update the ticket when something changes.
