Reverse DNS delegation dns0.easynet.be
[be] Shadow Hawkins on Monday, 10 June 2013 11:34:46
This issue has been reported (and resolved?) several times in the past, but it seems to be back. Reverse DNS delegation at bebru01 appears to be broken again. In addition, DS records are missing for the 8.f.6.0.2.0.0.1.ip6.arpa zone: http://dnsviz.net/d/0.a.4.1.8.f.6.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa/dnssec/ The delegation problem is identical to Ticket #1613921. Perhaps that should be reopened again? Thanks.

dns0.easynet.be indeed does not seem to resolve properly at the moment, I've forwarded this to the relevant parties. ---
In addition, DS records are missing for the 8.f.6.0.2.0.0.1.ip6.arpa zone
(You likely mean 1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa there) Note that we use DLV for DS records Getting ISPs to deploy DNSSEC is very likely not happening, and partially with good reason as one has to completely change processes, do updates of mostly static data to resign and there all kinds of dangers of expiry which currently are not there, thus from an operational point of view, it is hard to deploy with little gain.
