And where is your routing table as requested in the "Reporting Problems" section of the Contact? Clearly you don't even reach the first outbound hop, aka the PoP.

You have routes for two tunnels there, I suggest you only keep one ;) Stop AICCU and then "netsh int ipv6 reset" generally does the trick, then start aiccu.
