Likely because you have a configuration issue. As you are not providing a single detail though, nothing we can say about this. As you are obviously unable to provide details please use the forums for resolving your problem.

I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page. I am removing these pre-filled lines to demonstrate that I really read it. I am providing the full details as requested on the mentioned Contact page. If I do not remove this, then please ignore this message as I didn't read it anyway.
Dear Jeroen, Can you explain then, why it worked till yesterday, and nothing on my side changed, can even proof it with the logfiles. Nor the IP address on my side has changed, it worked till this morning and suddenly it stopped working. Also when resetting the tunnel it does not work again. So before answering junk, please answer with facts, i have tested all things at my side already, else i wouldn't even open a ticket at all. With kind regards, Evert

Correction, Online.nl had failures, which are resolved now. Ofcourse they refused to admit it.

We cannot explain this as you are not providing any information. Which is really obvious as you are not even cutting out the section showing that you have to read and supply that information....

That happens, there are lot of things on your host and the network between your host and the PoP that can cause things to break.
Also when resetting the tunnel it does not work again.
What do you mean with "resetting the tunnel" ?

We are not answering with junk. We are pointing you to the facts: please provide details. Without those details we cannot do anything as we do not have access to your host. Please note that this is clearly stated but obviously not read by you, otherwise you would have cut the above text out of your reply. But to provide a fact that your tunnel should be working, this is what the PoP reports:

Which indicate that your tunnel is even responding properly to the ICMPv6 echo requests that the PoP is sending. Note that if you would have read then you would know where to see those details yourself.
i wouldn't even open a ticket at all.
Please do not open or comment to tickets when you are unable to read and provide details that we request.
