When I attempt to SSH it just delays and does not go through, or says Could not resolve hostname. I am sure that the address is correct as I have SSH'd into it from exactly the same way before. When I attempt to SSH it just delays and does not go through, or says Could not resolve hostname.

What hostname etc? Though DNS issues likely are not problems on the SixXS side unless it is reverse DNS. Also, really please provide a lot more details. See the contact page for a list.
