tunnels on this POP not responding

Hello, I have 2 tunnels on this POP, T14304 and T17561. They are both unable to ping the POP side of the tunnel, running the test fails on that part alone. I cannot reach any IPv6 host using that POP. I tested using another tunnel with another POP (T17267), and it worked fine. Looking in the tickets earlier, I saw that there was another ticket for this POP yesterday, could it be the same issue? Thank you.

Both those tunnels seem to be active and correctly configured, they just don't respond to ICMPv6 when pinging ::2. Please provide a lot more details as requested on the contact page.

No, that was a missing route, probably due to a heartbeat-sync issue that can happen on those tunnels.

Sorry about the delay, real life. The problem went away, so I cannot really provide any more details. I apologize regarding the lack of details earlier. Thank you very much. -nick
