Name: William Rude Handle:WRM1-SIXXS Tunnels affected: T12478 T12456 T11897 T14060 Greetings, I work with the Veterans Affairs, and we're about to go through some testing to validate previously demonstrated test results performed on the IPv6 network. This requires the use of the Ashburn Virginia POP as all of the address space configured on the equipment uses it, AND it has been published in the test plan. Ashburn has been down for a while now; I'm curious to see when it will be back up and running. This is the second POP I've had configured that went down. I contacted OCCAID's NOC and they report that a ticket has been opened with SIXXS to have this issue resolved. I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:

Sorry, but there is no ETA; there is no SLA either. OCCAID folks are the ones handling this.

usqas01 has been decomissioned. Users of usqas01 have been requested per mail to move to another PoP, credits are available to make that possible.
