I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there: NIC: KPC1-SIXXS I'm currently having some small problems with the following tunnel: T16284 I setup a connection between T12116 and T16284 and the connection pings out a few times a day. Since I changed my server to another host in Germany I'm having this problem. Before this change I used T13144 in connection with T12116 and it never pinged out. Any ideas how to solve this issue?
By first finding what the problem really is. Which thus requires a *lot* more information. Most likely packet traces at the moment the connection 'breaks', traceroutes and other such information can come really handy. You don't even mention what kind of application this is, but only incldue an IPv4 traceroute from your host to the PoP; clearly ignoring the fact that you also have an IPv6 route between your endpoints and a lot of other possibilities for problems.
Would it be possible that I have a better connection between
2 easynet pop's then a connection between an easynet and a speedpartner pop?
Depends on what you define as 'better' and your definition of 'connection' of course. The Internet is a big thing, things tend to change dynamically, and without need for any body to even do anything. There can be zillions of reasons why your "connection drops", whatever that actually might mean. Please provide a lot more details which actually technically detail your problem.
