Hi, I'm trying to resolve a communication problem between my server (2001:6f8:1ccd::1) / tunnel T25507 and a remote host (2607:f238:2::13). The remote host is reacheable just fine from another tunnel provided by another POP. Other hosts (like google.com or heise.de) are reacheable without a problem from my host/tunnel. I am unable to reach 2607:f238:2::13 from a variety of hosts, as such, please contact that ISP and ask them to set up better peering.

Did those hosts your were doing your tests on were connected through Easynet by any chance? Using different Looking Glass sites around the net I found only one which had a problem doing a traceroute to this host in question - and this failing traceroute was on an Easynet LG site - and the PoP for my host is from Easynet as well, so in my understanding it is not a remote problem, but a problem at Easynet! Try http://lg.easynet.net/lg.php and choose "traceroute" and "ixfra.de: DECIX, PNI DE" and 2607:f238:2::13 as address - traceroute ends at 2001:6f8:1:0:87:86:77:248, which is Easynet.

Please see the PoP list, there are a large amount of different ISPs involved from which we can do traceroutes.
