I cant reuse deleted tunnel's endpoint

I wanted T5269's end pont change to 195.70.51.164. I've deleted tunnel T4585. Its status is deleted. I wanted to move tunnel T5269 end point the T4585's end point,but it said that ip belongs to another tunnel. please help me.

You have decided to delete a previous tunnel static to that host, thus indeed no new tunnel can go there. Why else did you remove the other tunnel?

There was a server on that ip, what used that tunnel very long time ago, since the server wasnt active,we decided to shutdown permanently, after that we moved an exists server to that end point ip,what had a tunnel and subnet since 2004-11-05. What is the solution? Delete other too, remove subnet, get a new from another PoP?
