IPv6 traffic doen't route to me

I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:
I have 2 tunnels to gblon02, one of them (colo0.aksinet.net) works fine.
In other (anode.aksinet.net) incoming traffic not coming to me.
tcpdump when I ping6 something:
