When viewing the Israeli IPv6 blocks via:

the 2nd line of output lists:
IIX-v6-NET-20070227 sraeli Internet Exchange ...
For some strange reason the first letter of the owner has been truncated. Looking in whois.ripe.net the full name of Israeli Internet Exchange appears.
State change: resolved
The state of this ticket has been changed to resolved
