I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there: According to the following statement in FAQ:
Dynamic Tunnels As dynamic (AYIYA and heartbeat) tunnels won't be up all the time it will only receive a 5 credit bonus after it has been created for one week. This will thus allow one to request a subnet after a week of operating the heartbeat tunnel. After that uptime credits will be given biweekly when the tunnel is alive.
Here it says that I should get 5 credits to be able to request a subnet in a week, but I didn't. My info:
Tunnel Name SLOwebs tunnel PoP Name simbx01 PoP Location Maribor, Slovenia Slovenia PoP IPv4 212.18.63.73 Your Location Maribor, Slovenia Slovenia Your IPv4 AYIYA, currently 86.58.17.221 IPv6 Prefix 2001:15c0:65ff:140::1/64 PoP IPv6 2001:15c0:65ff:140::1 Your IPv6 2001:15c0:65ff:140::2 Created 2008-01-05 14:31:41 CET Last Alive 2008-01-19 06:07:37 CET Last Dead 2008-01-12 01:37:23 CET Uptime 7 days State AYIYA (automatically enabled on the fly)

As that FAQ item states: your tunnel has to be up. Otherwise you won't get those credits.

My tunnel is up and running. As you can see Uptime is 7 days and I'm using it normally...

ok then tell me what means to be UP? isn't pinging noc.sixxs.net and www.kame.net over ipv6 enough? I'm using my tunnel for connecting applications over the network, and it works here. Howcome I'm not up? :)

See the graph, it is not pinging all the time. See the FAQ for hints on how to resolve this.

No I haven't. According to the FAQ statement I quoted in the first post, I should get 5 credits after a week, but I didn't. And I still haven't found the answer to the question if I need to be pingable every 30 minutes if I need more credits.
