"host nscache.eu.sixxs.net" gives me a bunch of name servers (5).
All but one of them can be reached via my IPv6 tunnel. The said exception is
2001:16d8:aaaa:3::2, which leads to "connection timed out".
It either should be fixed or removed from DNS.
State change: invalid
The state of this ticket has been changed to invalid

Maybe you could provide some details on how exactly it is not working? Source address, traceroute, dig output etc would be very welcome.
