High packet loss reported at sixxs.net, but not in practice

Our new tunnel (T84674) seems to be working OK, I can ping6 the other end and other known IPv6 sites. Ping (IPv4 or IPv6) does not report any packet loss.
However the RRD stats for the tunnel on sixxs.net are consistently reporting high packet loss - 100% at the moment, and an average of 74% over the last 2 days. Are these stats valid, or is there something we can do to improve them? They seem inconsistent with actual testing.
Our tunnel endpoint is running aiccu on Centos 5.5 (Linux). We're using aiccu-2007.01.15-5.el5 from the Centos extras repo. My NIC handle is CRD4-SIXXS.
