On tunnel details page it shows that my tunnel was last active on 03-Dec-2011. Even the graphs show 100% packet loss. When I try traceroute from usbos01, it doesn't bring up anything. I do not know why usbos01 pop is not able to ping/traceroute to my tunnel and because of this it has deducted 15 credits from my account. Can anyone help me resolve this.
