getting a tunnel

I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:
ive tested ping the various pops and i can only get a min of 200++ms latency from gblon02 ... how do i get a tunnel as the requirement is 100ms or below ?

You don't, as we don't provide tunnels which have a latency >200ms.
You will want to check The Broker List for a local Tunnel Broker.
