dkcph02 seems down. A traceroute to sixxs.net stop at 2a02:980:0:15::1 which seems to be a Fullrate (PoP owner) address:
me@my-endpoint:~$ traceroute6 sixxs.net traceroute to sixxs.net (2620:0:6b0:a:250:56ff:fe99:78f7), 30 hops max, 80 byte packets 1 2a02:980:1000:e::1 (2a02:980:1000:e::1) 23.532 ms 24.924 ms 26.020 ms 2 2a02:980:1:1::1 (2a02:980:1:1::1) 27.924 ms 28.904 ms 30.047 ms 3 2a02:980:0:15::1 (2a02:980:0:15::1) 31.190 ms !N * *

Looks a lot like transit issues. Forwarding to Fullrate to resolve.

I am experiencing the same issue as the original poster while using the same PoP (tunnel T82486). I have noticed the PoP is stated as being up on the status page, but it's not reachable by IPv6 over the internet, only through the tunnel connection. The PoP is available through IPv4 from both sides, so it looks like an issue on the PoP to me. I have written a mail to Fullrate's support, and hope they will have a look at it, since there doesn't seem to have been any action on this ticket the last two months.

I just got a reply from Fullrate's support department. The reply states that they don't offer IPv6, and thus cannot help me in any way. Do anybody at SixXS have a contact at Fullrate they could try to contact regarding this, instead of the first level supporters they have, who don't seem to know anything about IPv6 or SixXS for that sake?

This PoP has global IPv6 routing again and is running now on the sixxsd v4 platform.
