I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page.
I am removing these five pre-filled lines to demonstrate that I really read it.

Try actually reading those big yellow/orange boxes. Then, when you have done that, actually supply the details that are being requested.
That you are unable to traceroute6 to some remote site is, well, not a lot of information and could be caused by a large variety of problems.
