Facing issues while trying to tunnel through Scarlet. When I open a tunnel to Surfnet, routing seems fine. When I open a tunnel to Scarlet, I can't reach for example news6.xs4all.nl

No routing from Scarlet?
There was a misconfigured routing entry on the PoP.
