My /etc/aiccu.conf:

When I start the aiccu service, I get this output:

I have not been able to find out what's wrong here, so I am asking for your assistance.

Makes it pretty clear what it is about. Read that nice email you got from the tunnel robot. It says something about going to your user home and enabling the tunnel.
Also note that there is actually an edit button for changing messages.
