tic.sixxs.net not operational; breaks aiccu auto-configuration (and thus AYIYA tunnels)

I tried that from three different machine.
In consequence, "aiccu start" and "aiccu test" fail with message:
aiccu: Couldn't retrieve first tunnel for the above reason, aborting
There is no "above reason"; that is the only message it gives, even in verbose mode.
Other (IMHO irrelevant to the problem here) info requested on "contact page":

wireshark shows successfull TCP connection (syn, syn/ack, ack) and then immediately hangup from tic.sixxs.net (FIN/ACK).
POP is up, here is the requested traceroute:

Internet connecection: Israeli "TV" cable, with somewhat funky PPP tunnel to ISP (the last mile is resold to several ISPs... see http://stuff.pulkes.org/l2tp/ for details), and an OpenVPN tunnel on top of that.

tic.sixxs.net not operational; breaks aiccu auto-configuration (and thus AYIYA tunnels)
There was a frontend synchronization failure which caused this and a couple of other small outages this afternoon.
