New tunnel pinging but after 24 hours still no stats

I setup new tunnel and ping it from all around the world. However stats of the tunnel are showing already for 24 hours that it is down.

Maybe you should make it properly ping, the PoP needs to be able to ping it over your tunnel. See the FAQ for the exact details.
Next to that, it would be useful if you actually supplied details. See that big yellow/orange box for a link, it is there for a reason.

This is ping to POP that works as expected.
POP is Ignum, the only in Czech Republic and if I check my tunnel graphs, it shows loss 100%. How come loss 100% if I can prove tunnel is alive? If any site can ping it, why POP should not?
