There seems to be a routing issue from plwaw1 POP to OVH networks (2001:41d0::/32 AS16276). The problem seems to be specific to plwaw1 and plpoz1 POPs, as all the other SIXXS POPs I've tried reached OVH. I was also able to reach them from Hurricane Electric tunnel.
