Maybe you should stop hammering the TIC service? It automatically blocks requests when you connect too often.

I'm not connecting to often, I just discovered the tunnel is down, I tried to restart service (I guess 2x - 3x) it didn't work, so I tried telnet, that's all.

So, how could I cause it? I just start aiccu and this happened after few days of running? I have not touched service during it. I was just make some IPv6 requests, etc.
