Can't ping out from usqas01

Hello, this is Josh Anders (JAC3-SIXXS). I seem to be having trouble with reaching the outside world from usqas01.
Tunnel: T24930
PoP: usqas01 (OCCAID in Ashburn, VA)
I've deduced it's a problem with this specific tunnel (rather than AICCU or routing tables etc.) as my other tunnel, T18844, works on this computer and I am able to visit IPv6 websites.
IPv6 pings/traceroutes to anywhere other than ::1 and my tunnel's address time out at the first hop.
AICCU test fails at step 6/8 (pinging the remote endpoint). I don't have a software firewall, and I have tried both in and outside of a DMZ.
Any help would be appreciated.
