Couldn't find anything new in the FAQ which could help me solving this problem

If you said in one of the E-Mails, the ISK's are given weekly and also if the host is up only for a few hours a day, since it is up for over a week with only short outages of a few minutes I really think that something is broken at dedus01 or my account (and yes, my host answers pings correctly and is shown as up)

FAQ clearly states that: - after the first week of a dynamic (heartbeat/AYIYA tunnel) one is given ISK (independent if it pings properly) - after the first week one will be given ISK bi-weekly if the host properly pings. That is it, nothing more nothing else. Try reading the FAQ.

Thats clear but I didn't receive any ISK until now, not afther the first week nor after any other week of uptime. If you'd check my host stats you will see that the host was on with nearly no downtime since then. Since a dynamic host is marked as up if he only pings ones a day i should normaly have received any credit until now. Because that did not happen I think that something is broken. Either with my account or with the system checking the uptime of my host.

ah, I got 5 ISK this week, i wonder why I haven't received any the weeks before and I still think that this is an error.

this week the same again, no downtime with 2 tunnels but only 5isk granted instead of 10 since no staff really cares for any problems....

If you would actually read the FAQ you would understand why you only get 5 credits per tunnel bi-weekly.

i read then more then you think i know that 5isk are normal but i got only 0 (ZERO) for a couple of weeks just because you gave me wrong infos. you said that an ayiya tunnel is counted as up if he pings only ones a day which is just wrong. i have two tunnels, one was up for the last week with no downtime (and i got 5 isk for it), one hat a little outage of an hour and got no isk so don't write that i cannot read the faq and this: "Effectively you only need to ping ONCE every day for the tunnel to be marked up. As such, if you are unreachable for only 5 minutes, or even several hours, it should be fine."
