Dear sir/madam, Today I received a message from you tunnelrobot claiming that my tunnel is not replying to pings. I have done several test and it does reply to pings. (I have used several tools/webpages to test this). Also nothing has changed in my config for several months. Could it be that there is something wrong with the tunnelrobot? The PoP latency check was broken (and our monitoring didn't catch that it was...). Problem resolved, credits returned.

Dear sir/madam, On 21-02-2010 I again received a message from your tunnelrobot informing me that my tunnel is not replying to pings. After several tests I must conclude that it does reply. Could it be the tunnelrobot is broken again?
