Since yesterday i see these errors below half of the time. Seems like they (2001:4ca0::/32) need to fix their routers and transit. Nothing we can do about. One of the many random examples where it does not work either:

csr2-kb1 is the last hop before the firewall, so that trace is totally fine.

FWIW, this has been resolved by DFN. One of their routers on DE-CIX had issues with neighbor discovery to some peers after an IOS-XR upgrade on Tuesday morning. Removing and readding the IPv6 config on the interface solved it in the end.
