Hi, I've been receiving messages that my tunnel was not reachable via the automated PING test for several days now however I've not made any changes on my side and I'm able to pass traffic through the tunnel without issue. When I do a traceroute via the Sixx's website I am seeing packet loss of 40-60% on the last two hops to my tunnel. I think this packet loss is causing the automated PINGs to become lost and thus report that my tunnel is down. How do we go about resolving this? The tunnel is up yet I'm loosing ISK credits each day because something is causing the PINGs to be lost. Thanks for your help. David Swafford.
