Hi,
I would like to access nzwlg01.sixxs.net POP as it is closer to me then the ones suggested which are London, Vietnam and the United States.

The New Zealand PoP is only for residents of New Zealand, hence why only the other PoPs are available to you.
(Prime reason is the transit costs that would have to be paid by the PoP operator, and as you know down-under these are hefty....)
