I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:
Kind sixxs.net during request of tunnel (AYIYA or Heartbeat protocol) I get this message: No PoPs are available at the moment, please contact the SixXS staff and provide your details. At field "City" I said "Pescara". How can I solve this problem? Thank you.

As the system says: "No PoPs are available at the moment". This is a problem in the system that will be resolved sooner or later, we are working hard on it.
