After ruled01 downtime - unable to login back to TIC.
Changing password on sixxs.net and aiccu.conf does not help.
Date/time is proper on OpenWRT router.

Update: In order to login had to change username from ATV5-SIXXS to more specific one "ATV5-SIXXS/T108690"

That is a different username/password, as that is using the TIC per-tunnel password.

This is something that was changed compared to Sept 10.
It was able to login with one username password, then after downtime I had to change login/password to be able access tunnel.

Nothing changed there and the PoPs do not do authentication.
Please see FAQ about passwords which shows that we have two password types for logins.
Note that on 2013-09-04 you requested a SixXS password reset, after that you changed the TIC password three times on the 11th.

As you are providing the wrong username/password combination.
TIC is independent of the operation of the PoPs.

Note that the challenge is generated by the TIC server, it is a random very long string, as such, the chance that anybody else will get the same challenge and wants to log in to your username is near to zero.
