Hey,
Great to see dkcph01 is back up after the last few days of downtime.
Unfortunately it is now marked as "up" but it seem not to have ipv6 connectivity to rest of the internet. Maybe you already know it.
I have tested on multiple tunnels - same results:

I am having same issue also. I can connect to it, but it does not return any data or ping.
Ping6 using dkcph01 PoP
ping6 -c 4 youtube.com
PING youtube.com(ea-in-x88.1e100.net) 56 data bytes
--- youtube.com ping statistics ---
4 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 2999ms
My mrtg monitoring of tun0 (I am using FreeBSD for server) shows that no data flows trough the tun0 when I am using dkcph01 PoP. I am now using german PoP (deham01) and everything is normal with it and data shows up on mrtg tun0 monitoring.

I can confirm that connectivity is indeed restored for T18991 and relevant subnet.
