At least the PoP side of the tunnel comes up, which means that the AYIYA portion works.

That is an automatic IPv4 address, which is 'correct' as there is no DHCP server or manual configuration of IPv4 on that interface. You should though disable the IPv4 stack on that interface (yes, indeed, AICCU should maybe do that, but it does not). Nevertheless, this should not cause an issue, though disabling IPv4 on the interface might be a good thing. What you should look at though is the output of 'ipconfig /all' this should list an IPv6 address on the aiccu interface. Of course a 'tracert6 www.sixxs.net' might also be a good thing to try. I think though that everything should be working quite properly already.

Why are there question marks all over that output? Nevertheless, what you might want to try is to do a 'netsh interface ipv6 uninstall' and then a reboot, then restart AICCU. But before you do that, do you have any Firewall tools running on your machine, or virusscanners. There are a variety of Firewall tools that do not like IPv6 and the same goes for virusscanners. Generally disabling them does not help, you will need to uninstall them. The default Windows Firewall works like a charm btw with IPv6.

This might sound like an stupid question, but did you actually add IPv6 as a protocol ? There isn't even a link local address anywhere to be found. You can disable ipv4 by going to the properties of the network adapter and deselect Ipv4.

i dont believe you can do that for xp, i can disable tcp/ip which brakes it, but there is no option for ipv4. well i followed the steps from the wiki... but its working now anyway

You can disable IPv4 per-interface: go to control panel, then network connections, then right click on the interface, select properties from the menu, this will show a list of protocols for that interface, there you can uncheck the IPv4 protocol.
