Benefit of 'fd' prefix if I have routable prefix?

If I have a routable IPv6 prefix, is there any benefit from also having an 'fd' based address prefix on my network?

fd00::/4 is ULA. They are not 'routed', which one could perceive as a 'benefit'. One can accomplish the same with proper firewalling though. As one has a static prefix though, why bother. It depends on mindset though.
