I have a multiple ipv6 tunnels ans they are added in windows XP OSthe with netsh interface ipv6 commands. Till now everything was fine, but after a few weeks when I rebootet my mashine I suddenly couldn't add more ipv6 Ip-s to differents tunnels or interfaces. I run simple home network with 2 machines, with no router. When I tried to add a ipv6 address to the interface via netsh interface ipv6 add address 10 ipv6-ip this wrrning massage apeard: WARNING: Could not obtain host information from machine: [PETER]. Some commands may not be available. Access is denied. If any one can helpe how can I resolve this without formating a machine I would be very greatfull. Peter

Is that host remote or did you not have administrator rights? You do know that IPv6 is 'supported' in XP SP1 and up, thus you can simply call M$, that is where you pay them for ;)
