Setting up a static connection to a zywall 110
[nl] Shadow Hawkins on Tuesday, 15 July 2014 08:37:03
I am trying to get the tunnel up between nlhaa01 & my static ip adress, using a static configured tunnel. On the zyxel I created a tunnel device, 6in4 protocol, assigned as gateway the sixxs ipv6, and assigned the value at 'your ipv6' to as my tunnel addres, including the prefix. The configuration is accepted as normal, but I cannot ping my assigned endpoint of the tunnel, only the side of sixxs is reachable (as expected) any ideas how to proceed? Regards, Wouter P.S. the zywall 110 is a new device for me, so it might be something stupid I overlooked

In response to myself: The trick is to add a route ::0/0 to the tunnel device. This step is needed on the zywall firmware to get everything up and running.
