FreeBSD heartbeat client port

I have committed a FreeBSD port of the heartbeat client as ports/net/sixxs-heartbeatd in order to properly integrate it into a FreeBSD system. Feedback appreciated, especially since I don't really use it on FreeBSD myself.

Notice that for FreeBSD5 one has to specify an os of 'netbsd', this due to the userspace changes and 5.x not having gifconfig anymore.
