[de] Shadow Hawkins on Sunday, 06 October 2013 15:58:25
Hi, I can't get the tunnel in my Airport Extreme (FW: 7.6.4) working. The only message is: IPV6 tunnel error. this is my configuration looks like: IPv6 configuration: manual IPv6 Modus: Tunnel IPv6-WAN-address: [my IPv6 from the Tunnel Approval Email like 2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::2] IPv6 Default Route: [SixXS IPv6 from the Tunnel Approval Email ending with 2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::1] Remote IPv4 Address: 78.35.24.124 delegated IPv6-Prefix: [my Subnet Prefix like "2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::/64"] IPv6 LAN Address: [like above without '/64': 2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::] My Network topo looks like this: public IPv4 (Provider: T-Online, Germany) - Speedport W722V (NAT) - Airport Extreme (local static IP, DHCP) - Clients... Has anybody an idea? best regards, Christian

The only message is: IPV6 tunnel error.
Airports only do IPv6 tunnels when the address the thing itself has is public.

I also tried this configuration: (T-Online) - Modem - PPPoE - (public IP) Airport Extreme (NAT, DHCP) - Clients... But I got the same error message.
