OK to use tunnel endpoint for host/router?
[us] Carmen Sandiego on Wednesday, 25 February 2009 00:56:06
I'm running on a VM, so my machine serves as both router and host. Is it OK for me to use my ::2 endpoint address as an AAAA record for my domain, or do I still need a subnet (even though I plan on using only one host from that allocation)?

Nobody complained when I did. If you get a subnet you can leave it as a failsafe address, e.g. endoftunnel.mydomain.com
