First off, SixXS absolutely doesn't care about IRC, and quite obviously that is what you are caring about.
Next to that report issues regarding routing to the Contact address not to the forum. (This is mentioned on the mainpage of the forum but apparently nobody reads).

The problem is not only for the irc server (that is italian and in any case can't be used by a .de tunnel) but for ALL the services of ngnet (www.ngnet.it) that is the bigger IPv6 network in Italy.

FYI: The problem was caused by route dampening as the prefix was flapping a lot.
