ETA on down PoP

I was wondering if anyone heard of an ETA on the return of usch01. Debating whether or not I should just get a new PoP. Thanks

I wouldn't, seems the US PoPs are extremely sporadic, so unless you switch to an EUR PoP, I don't think your experience will be any better.

Get a new PoP. See your log; like every other user you should have received sufficient credits to change over, contact us directly if you didn't.

I have amazing timing, I got a new tunnel approved just minutes before it went down. I've examined my log and I didn't see any credits associated with this.

uschi02 is working fine, except for that annoying kernel bug that locks it up once in a while. We are investigating this, but as it is a kernel issue, that is quite difficult to find out what it is unfortunately.

My amazing timing continues. I requested a new POP to change over, as you suggested here, choosing usewr01 as it is geographically close and up. uschi02 comes back online and my tunnel request for usewr01 is given to uschi02, so now I have two tunnels to uschi02. :X
