IPng / Intouch POP not reachable over IPv4

The POP from IPng is not reachable for me over IPv4 it looks like it is a problem at intouch.net
Bezig met het traceren van de route naar tunnelserver.ipng.nl [212.19.192.219] via maximaal 30 hops: 1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms server.harmsen.local [192.168.0.4] 2 17 ms 52 ms 36 ms 195.190.242.221 3 15 ms 14 ms 13 ms iawxsrt-pbw-bb13b.wxs.nl [195.121.255.205] 4 14 ms 13 ms 17 ms iawxsrt-m6-bb14b.wxs.nl [195.121.0.114] 5 15 ms 15 ms 15 ms ams-ix.intouch.net [195.69.144.93] 6 * * * Time-out bij opdracht.
so if more people have this.. you know it is not your settings. hopefully it is fixed soon

It's some person at intouch playing with the routers, if you have an ISP giving getting transit over lambanet they are reachable over that path though. It was flaky all of yesterday unfortunatly but it seems to be okay again now.

it is down again. is it posible to get another tunnel on the same IPv4 address? or do I need to discard the old tunnel first? I am planing on switching POP, not only because the downtimes, but also because the 3ff3 range is an old test range from 6BONE that gets discontinued in 2006 (i know still 2 more years) and they don't support the IP6.ARPA as reversed DNS only IP6.INT [edit] and back up.. looks like a traffic light Stop, Go, Stop, Go , Stop , Go [/edit]
