aiccu config: add src ip in default route

To make my gateway server default use a IPv6 subnet address instead of the tunnel address when initiating a connection, I added an option in aiccu to specify defaultsrcaddr, e.g:
defaultsrcaddr 2001:1af8:fe43:1::2
