Hello,
I have a problem with ipv6 connections, which are lost (for a few minutes - eg. 5 minutes). In last 2 weeks there was about 7-10 disconnects.
In the same time, ipv4 connections to the same servers are working all the time. Also in the same time, other people connected to the same ipv6 server via theirs tunnels, are connected all time.
Where should I look for an error?

Could you be even a *little* more specific than that? :)
Please see the "Reporting Problems" section for a list of things to verify.
Full traceroutes, tcpdumps and other such things come to mind to resolve these issues.
