Problems with Ipv6 Subnet

After running AICCU tool the ipv6 interface come up with no address is assigned to the interface. If i make "ifconfig sit0 add 2001:XX:XXX:XX::X/XXX" I will get
add: Unknown host
Usage:
etc. etc.
Why?
The Ipv6 and the Subnet has always worked in this way!

Solved!
The problem was that installing Network File System some component has overwrite my ifconfig with an older version that doesn't support INET6 (ipv6).
Sorry for mistake.
